Please, upload a zip file including the following files:
- Create a zip file, named ICEUTE + number. (zip extension), where “number” is the article number given by Easychair. Example: ICEUTE255.zip
- This file must include:
- An Excel file including the Alt Text for all figures, illustrations, and images in your paper. More information about Alt Text
- Signed copyright file, named CRICEUTE + number (PDF extension). Example: CRICEUTE255.pdf. Find above the link to download the Springer LNNS copyright form.
- Article source code, depending on the format:
- WORD: This file must be named by ICEUTE + number (docx extension). Example: ICEUTE255.docx
- LATEX: Create a folder named: LATEXICEUTE + number. Example: LATEXICEUTE255 Inside this folder, there must be the following files:
- Source code, named by ICEUTE + number (tex extension). Example: ICEUTE255.tex
- All figures, tables, and other relevant materials (they could be in a folder). Example: fig1.eps
- Springer class file “llncs.cls and splncs04.bst”
- Bibliography file “bibliography.bib”
- Any other file needed to compile your LaTeX article
- Final version of the paper in PDF format, named by ICEUTE + number (PDF extension). Example: ICEUTE255.pdf
